广西百色星湖水系建设一期工程主要是完善新区排涝体系，打造符合城市功能定位的高品质滨水空间。该项目采用投融资—建设—运营与维护—移交建设模式，建设期为2年，维护期为8年。

Guangxi Xinghu Lake Water System Construction Phase I Project is mainly to improve the waterlogging system in the new area and create a high quality waterfront space in accordance with the city's functional orientation. The project adopts investment and financing-construction -operation maintenance-handover construction mode, with 2 years of construction period and 8 years of maintenance period.
